Nancy is new to the group exercise instructor scene, only teaching since May 2002. She became involved in Indoor Cycling in September 2001 when she was looking for a non-impact cardio exercise to combat stress after recovering from major surgery. She quickly became hooked and began training and studying to be an instructor shortly after. Nancy finds that group exercise is a great way to stay motivated, as the team spirit spurs everyone on. Cycling has helped Nancy lose weight and relieve stress. Her new motto is “eat to live, live to Spin.” By day Nancy runs a chamber of commerce in Southern California, is married and has four dogs.
