Exercise:  The Bicep Curl

STARTING POSITION ENDING POSITION HELPFUL TIPS
  1. Always keep your knees  slightly bent.
  2. Stand with your legs shoulder width apart.
  3. Keep your abs tight.
  4. Keep your elbows close to your body at all times.
  5. This exercise may be performed with dumbells or a barbell.
