Exercise:  Incline Bicep Curl with Ball

STARTING POSITION ENDING POSITION HELPFUL TIPS
bullet Keep your elbows close to your body, touching the ball.  
bulletDo not lock your elbow joints. 
bullet When holding weights, hands are in the supine position.

Flex at the elbow.

Bring the weights towards your shoulders. 

bullet

 Return to the start position with control.

 

 

 

Level of Exercise:  All levels

Notes:  Starting from a sitting position on the ball, roll forwards by advancing your feet, until you reach the inclined position.  Make sure that your hips are lower than your knees and the ball is located between the bottom of the back and shoulders. Your glutes are not supposed to touch the ball. Keep feet shoulder distance apart.
