Exercise:  The Front Lunge

STARTING POSITION SECOND POSITION HELPFUL TIPS

Start by standing with your legs shoulder width apart.  Back straight.  

 

  1. Stand up straight, shoulder width apart.
  2. Step forward into the position as seen to your left.
  3. Step back with your front foot and return to the starting position.

 

 

Level of Exercise:  Beginner/Intermediate
