Exercise:  Back Extension

STARTING POSITION HELPFUL TIPS
  1. Squeeze all the muscles in your legs and glutes
  2. Slowly lift the upper body off the floor
  3. Keep feet on the floor
  4. It is not necessary to lift up very high, just contract your lower back muscles, hold and slowly come down.

Note:  This exercise is intended to strengthen your lower back.

 

ENDING POSITION
