Exercise:  Squats with Exercise Ball

STARTING POSITION ENDING POSITION HELPFUL TIPS
  1. Begin with feet slightly in front.  Slight bend in knees.
  2. Bend knees while keeping back against the ball.
  3. Do not go lower than 90 degrees in the knees.
  4. Push heels into the ground and squeeze glutes (bum) hard as you stand up.
