STARTING POSITION ENDING POSITION HELPFUL TIPS
  1. Select your starting position as shown below according to your level of fitness.
  2. This is a tough one... so take it slowly.
  3. Arms are wide to work more of the chest.
  4. Bring  arms closer together  to work more of the triceps.
